A one-carton magnetic tiles MOQ means the minimum order for an eligible regular model can be one sealed outer carton after stock and order details are confirmed. It does not mean every carton holds the same number of retail boxes. Units per carton, retail packaging, carton dimensions and weights vary by SKU and packaging version and must be confirmed before quoting or shipping.

One carton is an outer shipping carton
Buyers sometimes read “MOQ 1 Carton” as one retail set. In wholesale packing, the carton is the sealed outer case that contains a defined number of retail units. One retail unit might be a reusable tin, a color box or another confirmed package. The outer carton is the case used for handling and shipment.
The number of retail units is not fixed across the range. A compact tin and a larger color box can use different case packs. Even the same product offered in two packaging versions may need separate carton records.
Confirm the full packing hierarchy
| Level | What it means | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Product contents | The magnetic pieces and accessories in one set | Exact model, piece mix, theme and component list |
| Retail package | The package sold to the customer | Tin, color box or other version; package dimensions and artwork |
| Outer carton | The shipping case containing retail units | Units per carton, carton dimensions, gross weight and net weight |
| Shipment | One or more cartons moving to the buyer | Carton count, route, destination and transport time |
Ask for six SKU-specific details
Before treating one carton as an orderable quantity, match the carton sheet to the product image and exact packaging version. Ask for:
- The model or supplier SKU.
- The packaging version: reusable tin, color box, display box or another confirmed format.
- The number of retail units in one outer carton.
- The outer-carton length, width and height.
- The carton gross and net weight.
- The current stock and dispatch basis for that SKU.
Do not fill a missing field with data from a similar-looking set. A piece count, theme or product photo alone does not establish that two products share the same carton.
Do not assume one carton can mix models
A standard carton is normally packed to a defined SKU and retail packaging version. For a trial order with several themes, ask if each SKU requires its own carton. A mixed arrangement, when available, must be confirmed against the selected products, current stock and packing conditions.
This distinction matters when planning a small launch. “One carton per SKU” and “one mixed carton” produce very different assortment quantities.
Separate dispatch time from delivery time
Eligible regular models may start from one carton, subject to current inventory and order confirmation. For confirmed in-stock models, the typical 3–7 day window means dispatch from our side after the order conditions and stock are confirmed. It does not include international transport or promise an arrival date.
Ask for a current freight option only after the carton count, dimensions, weights and destination are known. The article on magnetic block import cost explains why a product price alone cannot establish landed cost.
Standard stock and private label follow different routes
A one-carton offer for an eligible regular model does not automatically apply to custom work. MagBlockPro can evaluate logo labels, cards, instructions, sleeves, color boxes and tin artwork. Feasibility, MOQ, sampling, charges, production and dispatch timing must be confirmed for the model, packaging version, design requirements and quantity.
If your first order is meant to test demand, state whether you need standard packaging now and private label later. That lets the quotation keep the two routes separate.
Use a short one-carton RFQ
A useful enquiry can be brief:
Please confirm whether model [reference] is available from one carton for [destination market]. I need [tin/color-box/other] packaging. Please provide the current retail units per carton, package size, outer-carton dimensions, gross/net weight, stock status and dispatch basis. Estimated quantity: [number of cartons]. Private-label requirement: [yes/no/details].

Frequently asked questions
Does a one-carton MOQ mean one retail box?
No. It means one sealed outer shipping carton. The number of retail boxes inside varies by SKU and packaging version.
Can different magnetic tile models be mixed in one carton?
Do not assume they can. Mixed-model requests must be checked against the selected SKUs, current stock and packing conditions.
Does the 3–7 day dispatch window include delivery?
No. It is a conditional dispatch window for eligible confirmed in-stock models. Transport and arrival time are separate.
Is one carton also the MOQ for private-label packaging?
Not necessarily. Private-label and custom packaging may have separate minimum quantities, samples, charges and timing.
Ask for current carton details
Send the model or reference image, destination market, expected carton quantity, packaging version and any private-label requirement. We will confirm the available SKU-specific information; an enquiry does not by itself confirm stock, price or timing.
